Quotes for repair service are only given following an in-person consult.
How It Works
When you drop off your instrument, a 30 minute evaluation/consultation will be performed for you to go over the issues and provide a preliminary estimate based on what we see. After that, we’ll inspect the guitar more thoroughly on the bench and email you a detailed, itemized estimate before any work begins.
Nothing gets done without your approval.
⤷ If the repair ends up being minor and within the original ballpark, we’ll confirm that and proceed with your go-ahead. If it’s more complex, you’ll get a full breakdown of what’s involved and what it’ll take to get the instrument right.

Rates & Payment
Hourly Rate: $70/hour
A bench fee may apply if no work is performed (waived if you proceed with the repair)
A 50% deposit is required to begin work
Payment accepted by cash, check, PayPal, Zelle or Venmo (no cards at this time)
